Individual Billed Account (IBA) Travel Card
Department of Defense (DoD) Financial Management Regulation Volume 9, Chapter 3 requires all travelers hold a Government-issued travel card if travel occurs two (2) or more times per year. This card is to be used for all expenses arising from official government travel.
