International Merchant Purchase Authorization Card (IMPAC)
IMPAC is the Government-wide commercial purchase card for official Government purchases.
The supplies and non-personal services which can be obtained with the purchase card must be for official Government requirements and be consistent with assigned responsibilities and card purchase limits, including commodity restrictions.
All purchases must be made in accordance with all applicable regulations including, but not limited to the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR), the Department of Defense (DoD) Acquisition Regulation Supplement, Defense Logistics Agency (DLA) Acquisition Directive, and The DLA Government Purchase Card One Book Chapter.
If you use the card, you must:
- Obtain any pre-purchase approvals required by local policy are obtained
- Report accountable properties
