FY16 Cutoff Dates

The FY16 Cutoff Dates have been released! Please take note of the FY16 Cutoff Dates for requirements packages to be received by the DHRA/PK.



General

Updates have been made to the Purchase Card, Interagency Acquisitions, Socioeconomic Small Business Programs, and Vendors sections of the site.

The Micro-Purchase limit for supplies has been increased from $3,000 to $3,500. Please visit Purchase CardSection for additional guidance.

The Process Workflow diagram for the Cardholders has been updated.

The following Purchase Card links have been updated:
Section 508 Micropurchase Training, Billing Officials' Certifying Training, Defense Logistics Agency Document Services Website, AbilityOne, DoD FedMall, GSA Smart Pay Purchase Card Program, GSA State Tax Letters

The Military Interdepartmental Purchase Request (MIPR) Standard Operating Procedure (SOP), as well as the location to submit MIPR packages are located on the DHRA's SharePoint site for MIPR Request.

The Center for Veterans Enterprise and Women-Owned Small Business links have been updated in the Small Business Program, Resources section.

The Source Selection Plan for Best Value and the Source Selection Plan for Lowest Price Technically Acceptable (LPTA) have been updated on the Requirements Package section of the Contracts page.

The Deobligation Procedures deobligation procedures have been restored. A Deobligation Statement of Need template has been created to assist with submission of the required documentation. Additional information can be found on the Requirements Package section of the Contracts page.

FY14 Cutoff Dates

Please take note of the FY14 cutoff dates for requirements packages to be received in the DHRA/PK. The cutoff date for requirements over $150K has passed. Requirements for acquisitions below $150K are due to the DHRA/PK by 31 July 2014.

2012 News

DHRA/PK Exceeds Small Business Goals

In its short period of existence, the DHRA/PK has exceeded its small business goals in total available dollars for award to small businesses. In FY12, the DHRA/PK awarded 41.91% to small business, exceeding its goal of 34.6%.

DHRA Contracting Directorate to Move to Mark Center
