DHRA SUBCONTRACTING DIRECTORY

DHRA's OSBP serves as the Subcontracting Program Manager. Responsibilities include:

• Implementing and monitoring their overall small business subcontracting program
• Providing related training on subcontracting
• Overseeing the review of contractors' required subcontract reports in the electronic Subcontract Reporting System (eSRS)
• Working with DoD OSBP on status of reports
• Facilitating subcontract opportunities for small businesses
• Reviewing pre-award and post award Subcontracting Plans and SB Participation Commitment Documents
• Making recommendations on subcontracting opportunities in DHRA procurements
• Assisting with past performance determinations related to small business participation

​​​​​​​​​​​​​​Subcontracting allows small businesses to sell to the government by partnering with a large business prime contractor. Use GSA's Subcontracting Directory and the GSA eLibrary to find potential large business prime contractors. Small businesses must contact prime contractors directly.
