Collaborations
  • Organized, hosted and participated in multiple Equal Employment Opportunity (EEO), Special Emphasis, and Outreach events to include Taking the Pentagon to the People (TTPTTP).
  • Investigations and Resolutions Directorate completed 2140 reports of investigations well within the 120 days DoD Standard (101 days on average), successfully facilitated and settled 134 active investigations, and settled 21 meditations (as of 8/22/2022).
  • Supported Key SecDef Actions and Priorities in Diversity and Inclusion (D&I), EEO, and Countering Extremism.
  • Federal Advisory Oversight:
    • Reestablished Operations for The Defense Advisory Committee on Women in the Service (DACOWITS).
    • Established a new federal advisory committee, the Defense Advisory Committee on Diversity and Inclusion (DAC-DI).
  • Completed the 2022 Workforce Recruitment Program Award Ceremony. Recognized WRP Recruiter, WRP Coordinators and WRP Participants for excellence.
  • Provided recommendations to the Office for Diversity, Equity and Inclusion on sexual harassment victims eligible for Sexual Assault Prevention and Response services.

Through eight sub-programs, DMOC is designed to be responsive to statutory and regulatory requirements, which impacts the Department's Total Force of military and civilian personnel worldwide.
