The products, services and/or technology procured through open market or socioeconomic set-aside procedures in excess of $25,000 are advertised through a government point of entry known as the Federal Business Opportunities (FBO). Small business is first and foremost in any method of acquisition when there is a reasonable expectation that two or more responsible small businesses will submit an offer at a fair market price.
