Small Business Innovation Research (SBIR) Program
DHRA launched participation in the SBIR Program via a pilot effort in FY20 to facilitate access to funding for research and development needs within the enterprise. Managed by OSBP, DHRA has announced 1-2 Phase 1 topics per year and are now implementing direct to Phase II and Phase III acquisitions
IMPORTANT NOTE: DoD SBIR and STTR BAAs contain MANDATORY foreign disclosure requirements and other important programmatic changes are required by the SBIR and STTR Extension Act of 2022 (Pub.
