The Metrics and Performance Subcommittee provides independent advice and recommendations associated with metrics development and performance evaluation of activities tied to the prevention of sexual misconduct.

The Subcommittee's work may include the study of how training metrics are standardized across the Department and Military Services or the analysis of approaches to assess the effectiveness of prevention efforts. The Subcommittee offers recommendations for improvement to advance Department priorities, as well as recommendations on metrics approaches used outside the Department that might be relevant.
