The Prevention Training and Activities Subcommittee provides independent advice and recommendations regarding the implementation of existing prevention activities, as well as the development of new prevention initiatives.

The work of the Subcommittee may include the consideration of training content and the mechanisms used to develop and deliver prevention-related trainings. Recommendations may incorporate information on prevention efforts that have been proven effective in the civilian community.
